Mommy Chronicles III

Adam: is really loving his new t-shirts, cap, and sunglasses from Grandma Ann for his birthday, is better at texting than I imagined, and will get to take swim lessons at SCSU with dape this summer (awesome!)

Aubrey: got a computer at her mom's from the school to try and get her reading up, is really into the pedi and mani up-keeps, has been having horrible migraines lately...we hope they get better!

David: has been working on the skateboard and wants "grip tape", consistently loses his wallet- it just turned up in MY nightstand- have yet to make his day and return it to him, and has his end of the year picnic tomorrow at a nearby park.

Lexi: let me cut her hair the last weekend (very brave!), helped teach Libby on the bike, even though they are so alike they usually have to warm up to each other and then can be the best of friends.

Libby: has been perfecting her ending front walk over, has still not lost a tooth!, enjoys reading and is reading really impressive words now (despite the never taught in English issues!)

Reany: lost another tooth yesterday- surprisingly the new tooth is already there and half-way in just behind, has a chronic black eye due to her busy body no fear have fun attitude, and loves her dangly earrings!

Noah: is having bedtime issues with too much adrenaline, is borderline obsessed with firearms (but it may serve as fair bribery to potty train?), still has no desire to pedal his bike and loves the nice weather to ride all his toys, even the warped wheel motorcycle.

Naomi: is in the 95% for weight and 90% for height! WOW!! My biggest baby yet! She is a good eater! She loved bananas the best so far and is wearing clothes Libby wore at 1 1/2!!

Bruno: loves the walks this time of year, we have a great trail almost 3 miles round trip, gets to play with Dixie sometime soon, and kicks the nightlight out of the wall nearly each night.

Luke: works Tuesday through Fridays and has some early days in there, has been drilling himself lately on the Total gYm, is big on golf.

Me: have been raking the rocks this week- what a huge difference it makes when the hill of rocks is manicured, there is much more work to be done, but I have the summer, right?! I got a perm to make my hair easy, and it worked! I am not convinced that caffeine even makes a difference to me.

Libby is retiring training wheels! Yay!!

Libby has joined the two-wheel club!! We knew she would! Reany, coming in behind her on the "run" ditched training wheels years ago, the late summer as a three year old.
And was she basking in her achievements!!
Beautiful sunshine face!

Baby Eleanor Violet

Welcome Eleanor Violet! Born exactly 5 months after Naomi, and ??? sooner than the other babies to join the family. She is quickly training her parents, sleeping, and enjoying the sweet moments when she can with her favorite Auntie Katie!!

Hummingbird Mourning

This pretty hummingbird lost his pal today. One hummingbird flew into the big garage window, this one come to follow. The other one was bleeding and dead. This one apparently hit the window too. My question is, "who cleaned the window?!" like that should be of penalty, but it wasn't even sparkling. We wanted to help him heal because he seemed injured too, but he got right out of the cat carrier- if they are smart no wonder he wanted out! But I filled my feeder and we wished him the best.

Cousins Play...

Naomi just not cooperating for her cousin pic!
Again, just not feeling the novelty. And his baba waas only propped for the pic:) I hope! Little Zachariah is such a cutie!!!

When they grow up, perhaps there will be an album of just car rides, and mischief maker faces! Noah just loves Henry!!!

WoW! We Made it to June 1st!!

and loving it! Nothing beats a Minnesotan's anticipations for season changes! We have had remarkable times lately with get togethers and celebrations. Even the birds around here are singing about it. I really wanted to take a picture of my spirea, and then I remembered why...it only lasts barely a week in its beautiful bloom. So do the lilacs I never made a bouquet with! I patiently await (gotta wait wait) my other treasures of the gardens.

When we play charades, one of the kids favorites, Libby often uses the "treasure hunt winner of a medalion"- it keeps getting bigger as you guess what she is< wink, wink. But that is of no record, as the others usually want to always hide in the same spot time after time in hide and go seek. They know you know where they are going to hide but when the game starts it is fresh as could be the best hiding place in the world. I guess I pray for that type of resiliency.

That nothing could stand in the way of living my life with God's glory and presenting only the best always and to be perfect. Okay, then maybe I wouldn't need God, and we were not created that way, so who am I trying to fool? He completes me because he completed me and knows so much more than anyone can imagine...so I trust trust! And took some great photos in the mean time! Stick around and check some out, but then again, if you look outside and want to breath our gift of air- do enjoy!!
